About

Hi, I'm Sue.

You're really good at what you do. The problem is, you need more people outside your network to know that.

Sue Holloway

You've built your consulting business on referrals, your reputation, and people who've seen you work. In the room, you're the one everyone listens to. But outside of it — online, in the market, to the clients you haven't met yet — you're unknown. And at a certain point, being the best-kept secret in your space stops being flattering and starts being expensive.

That's where I come in.

I didn't come to this work through a marketing degree or an agency career. I came from research — people who knew their subject deeply and struggled to communicate it clearly.

That gap fascinated me. Why could someone explain a complex idea across a table, then freeze the moment they had to put it on a page? The expertise was there. The clarity wasn't. And I realized I could see the thread they couldn't — the thing that made their work different — and help them pull it through into language that landed.

I got a real kick out of helping experts understand and articulate their value — in words that resonated with the people who needed to hear them — and seeing the ripple effects. They stood taller in their own positioning, they talked more confidently about their value, and their clients got better help.

Over time, the work shifted. Clients would come to me needing clearer messaging, but first we'd have to go back a few steps and figure out what they actually offered and who it was really for.

And then AI arrived. Suddenly anyone could sound like an expert. The bar for competent-sounding (albeit often bland) content dropped overnight. Which meant the need to build trust went up — the kind that comes from real thinking, experience, and perspective.

That's the work I do now.

I help women consultants build the kind of trust AI can't manufacture. Through thought leadership that's grounded in their values, knowledge and experience.

I'm a British marketing strategist working with women consultants across the UK, Europe, and US.

I'm honored to be invited into the businesses of incredible women to help them share their expertise — because I firmly believe that if more women are at the table where decisions are made, the world will be a better place.

If you're a woman consultant who knows her marketing doesn't yet reflect the quality of her work — let's talk.
